SUN IN COMFORT WATER FLOAT WARRANTY POLICY

SUN IN COMFORT makes every effort to produce water floats to the highest quality and standards in the industry. We complete quality checks with our manufacturers and in our Florida facility to confirm each water float product's quality before shipping. We do pressure testing on each and every water float and then that product is assigned a serial number. Example* HEX, Water Trampoline, Dog Ramp & Chair Float inflated for 24 hours.

Because of the nature of water floats we cannot warranty the performance of any water float for individual users. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee against damage or breakage and cannot protect or warranty against circumstances outside of our control.

SUN IN COMFORT (S.I.C.) reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without notice.

Subject to the terms of this warranty policy,  SUN IN COMFORT (S.I.C.)   will, in its sole discretion, either repair or replace/provide replacement parts for any defective product that is covered by this warranty policy. Please register your  SUN IN COMFORT (S.I.C. inflatable product, upon purchase directly from SUN IN COMFORT or any Authorized Dealer. In addition, please keep a copy of your sales receipt in order to show proof of purchase. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us!

PROCESSING A WARRANTY CLAIM FOR ITEMS PURCHASED DIRECTLY THROUGH SUN IN COMFORT.

Please review our product-specific warranty terms below to determine if your product is covered under warranty. If you believe your product is defective and covered by this warranty policy, please follow the steps below to submit a warranty claim.

  1. If you purchased your product from a SUN IN COMFORT, or through SunInComfort.com or SunInComfortWaterFloats.com please fill out our Warranty Request Form here. Please note that we require images of the product in its entirety (top, bottom, sides and the affected area or issue) in order to process your warranty claim. We may also request a video of the product as part of the warranty claim process.
  2. After submitting the Warranty Request Form, you will receive a ticket number via email regarding your warranty request.
  3. A Sun In Comfort Customer Service Specialist will contact you regarding your warranty claim within two business days after you submit the Warranty Request Form. Our specialist may request additional information about the warranty claim at that time, and will provide further information on next steps if your product is covered under our warranty.
  4. In order to process your warranty claim, we may require you to return your S.I.C. product to us at your cost. S.I.C. will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to your email address. Please note that failure to include the RMA number form with a returned product can lead to delays in processing your warranty claim.
  5. Once the product arrives at our location, we will inspect the product and will notify you of any discrepancies.
  6. The repaired item, replacement or replacement part should be processed within one week after we receive the returned product. An email confirmation will be sent to you if a repaired item or replacement item is being shipped to you.

PROCESSING A WARRANTY CLAIM FOR ITEMS PURCHASED FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER

Please review our product-specific warranty terms below to determine if your product is covered under warranty. If you believe your product is defective and covered by this warranty policy, please follow the steps below to submit a warranty claim.

  1. Please first contact the Authorized Sun In Comfort Dealer you originally purchased from.
  2. You are responsible for delivery to and pick-up from or to the closest Authorized Sun In Comfort Dealer.
  3. If the Authorized Sun In Comfort Dealer’s inspection indicates a defect that is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, Sun In Comfort may repair or replace your product. Proof of purchase such as a sales receipt may be required. If repairs or evaluation are required, Sun In Comfort will work with the dealer to facilitate repairs or replacements.

Sun In Comfort limited warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear and aging of product.
  • Cosmetic flaws or variations in colors.
  • Use in excess of the manufacturers recommended maximum load capacity.
  • Failure to comply with pressure recommendations, assembly / disassembly and handling procedures.
  • Any puncture, cut or abrasion sustained in normal use or damage from unreasonable uses or improper storage.
  • Purchased second-hand or used
  • Damaged by extreme weather or environmental conditions.
  • Damaged while in possession of a freight carrier, a dealer, Consumer, or any party other than Sun In Comfort.
  • Damaged by accident, neglect, improper use or handling.
  • That have been towed by power or sail boats.
  • Designated as Prototypes.
  • Sold as “demos” or in “as is” condition.
  • Determined to have been used for any activity other than an activity which is customary for the product.
  • That have been structurally or dimensionally altered or modified.
  • Used for commercial or rental purposes.
  • Any product that has been lost or stolen.

Except as expressly set forth herein, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sun In Comfort (S.I.C.) dba Sun In Comfort Water Floats expressly disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose, with regard to Sun In Comfort water float products. Some state, country, or provincial laws do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

In no event shall Sun In Comfort be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or expenses resulting from any defects in its products. Sun In Comfort aggregate liability with respect to any product shall be limited to an amount equal to Consumer's original purchase price paid for the defective product.

To the extent any limitation or exclusion contained herein is contrary to applicable law, such limitation or exclusion shall be severable and all other terms herein shall remain in full force and effect and are valid and enforceable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights. For Consumers who are covered by state, country or provincial consumer protection laws or regulations, the benefits from this warranty are in addition to all rights conveyed by such consumer protection laws.
