Store Policy

*Shipping Policy* We offer Free Shipping with the purchase amount $84.95 and over is required. Most of our products ship UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, but smaller products and accessories ship USPS. Products typically arrive in 2 - 5 business days. If an order is placed by 12PM they will usually ship the same day (weekends excluded). Tracking numbers are emailed once the product has shipped.

*Return Policy* If you are not 100% satisfied within 14 days of your purchase Sun In Comfort Inc.. will exchange the merchandise or refund your money less a 20% restocking feeThe customer must e-mail Sun In Comfort Inc. using our contact us e-mail form prior to returning any merchandise. Sun In Comfort Inc. will not accept returned items after 14 days of purchase unless it is for a warranty issue (see warranty page). Defective products need to be returned in their original factory packing. Make sure to include the shipping slip or your name with the order number. Returns are not accepted without a return merchandise authorization number. When returning merchandise we will require you to enclose your invoice with your return authorization # printed on the invoice and clearly marked on the outside of the return box. All shipping charges for returned or exchanged items are at the customer's expense. Returns must be shipped "freight prepaid." Items received "freight collect" will be refused. Your account will be credited once the returned merchandise has been received by Sun In Comfort Inc.

*Damaged Products* Any products delivered from Sun In Comfort Inc. damaged must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery in order to be exchanged. It is the customer's responsibility to contact  Sun In Comfort Inc. as soon as possible via e-mail using our contact us e-mail form for approval. The order number and a brief detailed summary of the problem are required in the e-mail. The customer will be subsequently contacted. Returned damaged merchandise, which has not been reported within the 5 days of delivery will be refused. We will replace the damaged merchandise. However damaged merchandise returned for credit will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Sun In Comfort Inc. refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper usage, or Acts Of Nature. If the merchandise has been used and/or damaged as stated in the aforementioned, or not properly cared for,  Sun In Comfort Inc. will not be able to honor the return. The merchandise will be shipped back to the customer at his cost and no refund will be issued.

Sun In Comfort Products have been designed and manufactured in order to provide the maximum satisfaction and safety. Sun In Comfort Chairs are guaranteed for 90 days and against any manufacturing or material defect. This guarantee does not cover commercial use, improper assembly, setting up, or abuse/misuse, normal wear and tear, rips and burns due to misuse, improper care, natural breakdown of colors and material over time.
 
*Furniture* Should a warranty issue arise, please initially contact the retailer where you purchased the chair so that they can inspect the chair and determine if your claim is under warranty and handle accordingly. All warranty issues must be handled between the retailer and the customer.
 
*Conditions of Use* Sun In Comfort products are solely intended for personal and leisure use.  Sun In Comfort accepts no responsibility, nor does it provide the benefits of the limited warranty, if an  Sun In Comfort Product is used for business or commercial purposes. Sun In Comfort products are designed and manufactured for normal use as a chair, which implies that it should be used for the weight for which it is rated it is designed and excludes, among other things, used by 2 people at the same time, even for a short period or leaning on it partially.

Individuals should sit down in the chair without "falling" into it and should change position without making any sudden movements.
If you have any reasonable concerns about a pre-existing medical conditions or special physical or medical needs, you should check with your health provider prior to using the chair.
Sun In Comfort chairs should be stored where they will be protected from adverse weather conditions and in a dry location when it is not in use.
 
*Limited Warranty* Sun In Comfort Product has been designed and manufactured in order to provide maximum satisfaction and safety. It is guaranteed for 90 days against any manufacturing or material defects. This guarantee DOES NOT cover damages that arise from business use, improper setup, normal wear and tear, accessories or defects that result from misuse. Under the terms of this limited warranty.
 
Depending on the nature of the defect, you may receive an entire chair.
Note: Undamaged products purchased from a Sun In Comfort Inc. dealer must be returned to the dealer from which it was purchased. If an undamaged product was purchased from  Sun In Comfort Inc. the product can be returned to SunInComfort Inc. for refund of the cost of the product.
Rust:  Sun In Comfort uses steel in a variety of applications and forms for its outdoor furniture because of its durability. Although furniture frames are cleaned, primed, and coated for protection prior to sale, steel components can rust and are not covered under warranty.
